ABOUT US

Bridging the gap between eSports and traditional sports!

XP CT was founded out of the necessity to bring structure, coaching, socialization, and positive culture to youth gaming. Anyone can game alone in a basement the same way anyone can shoot on a basketball hoop alone. To foster the positive attributes of sports we needed to create a place for kids to work cooperatively, to lead their team, to celebrate wins, and to grow from losses!

Your child already loves gaming, why not have them get the most out of their XPerience!

Programs for every level

At XP-CT we offer programs for everyone from beginners to elite gamers. We welcome all experience levels and support our gamers to reach their goals whether they may be their first time working with a team, learning how to incorporate strategy into their game play or building their gaming abilities to allow them to play on professional and collegiate teams, we’re here to support them every step of the way.

Our Elite Division gamers will benefit from coach-led practices and meeting in a physical location. One of the biggest concerns from College eSport coaches is the lack of team skills that are developed in youth gamers. Even the most amazing player that has never been on a team will be missing some of those key elements of communication, leadership, and team strategy that can only come from being a part of a team!

Investing in your child’s future!

Gaming helps to build your child’s strategic thinking skills, teamwork skills, time management skills, and communication skills. Through our program your child will meet like minded friends, they’ll work on their public speaking skills through streaming and shoutcasting matches, and they will learn about every avenue of eSports.

This fast growing eSports industry will have career opportunities in every aspect of the business. There will be positions for coaching, streaming, shoutcasting, media, and business management. Every job that exists because of football, basketball, and soccer also exists in this industry.
